Chris Paul/Captain America

Chris Paul has earned the right to be called a “floor general,” with his ability to distribute the ball to teammates and control what goes on the floor. Clearly unselfish, he strives to get the best out of his teammates and is willing to take the bulk of the blame when they fail to meet expectations.

He is also one the best leaders we have in our game today, who happens to be the president of the NBPA. Steve Rodgers was in the U.S. Army, an experience that instilled character in him and traits of a leader. It especially helps since he is the leader of the Avengers.

Both Paul and Rodgers are great in their own right, but not everyone is in unison with their methods of leading and acts on the field. Paul and his team have been known to be a nuisance to players and referees. Their constant whining and complaining for calls that don’t go their way get on people’s nerves.

Rodgers tends to clash with S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury on how they should protect the world. He also tends to butt heads with Tony Stark (Ironman) on how to lead the team, which has led to epic battles between the two like the one in Captain America: Civil War. Nevertheless, they stand up for what they believe in even if many don’t agree with them.
