2016 NBA All-Star Saturday Recap And Highlights
Draymond Green vs. Kevin Hart
In a move that made casual fans laugh and NBA writers everywhere cringe, Draymond Green took on comedian and everlasting NBA All-Star presence Kevin Hart in a one-on-one three-point shooting contest.
Accompanied by Michael Buffer and the NBA’s All-Star cheerleaders, Hart came in with a big entrance, talked his typical amount of smack and then decided to let Green go first.
Green finished with a score of 12, knocking down a few money-balls in the process. But it was a perfectly beatable score, and Hart caught fire on the middle rack with a couple of money-balls to tie Green with a score of 12.
Unfortunately, Green already had his face plastered on the giant trophy and the ref deemed that you had to be “this tall” to win, so Hart had to settle for a purple participation ribbon. Hart may have been robbed for his effort in tying an NBA player in a three-point shootout, but his post-game celebration certainly deserved more than a participation ribbon.
