The 2015-16 NBA regular season has reached one its most pivotal stages. With January behind us and February in full effect, players and teams alike are entering a period during which their weaknesses are exposed and their mental fortitude is tested.

With both the NBA All-Star Game and trade deadline looming, changes are all but guaranteed. Teams can change the outlook of their entire season with just one deal, and players often experience dramatic changes upon the completion of All-Star Weekend.

For some players, their hot starts will go up in flames as opposing teams make the necessary adjustments to contain them. For others, All-Star Weekend will be more of a rejuvenation, as struggling stars right the proverbial ship and emerge as the forces they’re capable of being.

The question is, will 2016 be an exception to the rule or a continuation of what we know to be a standard proceeding in the world of the NBA?
