Top Four Cs

  1. Nikola Vucevic (Magic) – $7,400 @ Thunder (8th)
  2. Andre Drummond (Pistons) – $8,600 @ Celtics (20th)
  3. Karl-Anthony Towns (Timberwolves) – $8,200 @ Clippers (24th)
  4. DeAndre Jordan (Clippers) – $7,900 vs. Timberwolves (19th)

Rationale:

  • Vucevic scored 46.3 fantasy points in the first meeting with the Thunder this season. His price tag has fallen slightly, despite scoring 42.2 FPPG in his last six games. He’s been a go-to scoring option for the Magic and that doesn’t appear to be changing.
  • Drummond is scoring 41.3 FPPG in three meetings with the Celtics this season. He’s coming off of a strong 49.5-fantasy points performance on Monday, where his 18 rebounds were big. Rebounding will have to be the key for value tonight. The Celtics are 20th in rebounding percentage and 22nd in defensive rebounding percentage, which will leave room for Drummond to crash the glass hard.
  • Towns is averaging 33.4 FPPG in three meetings with the Clippers this season. He’s shooting 68.2 percent from the field against them and is 4-for-5 from three-point range. His ability to stretch the floor is beneficial against Jordan, who likes to protect the rim. The Clippers are 27th in rebound percentage, so Towns should be a factor there as well.
  • Jordan is scoring 36.9 FPPG in his three games against the Wolves this season. He’s shooting 91.7 percent from the field against the Wolves and will find his value from his offensive game.
