4. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

If you had told me I would be putting Booker over Russell and Mudiay in the trade value category at this point in their careers just a few months ago I would’ve told you you’re crazy.

But look where we are now.

Booker is draining threes like no one else in his draft class and has flashed plenty of potential as a future playmaker and defender. Booker could be the next Klay Thompson, which would rank him fairly high among the NBA’s elite.

His trade value is about as high as it could be without being untouchable because Phoenix seems to always be looking to make a splash in the trade market. If a superstar becomes available I don’t think they’d be afraid to include Booker in a deal.
