9. Willie Cauley-Stein, Sacramento Kings

Cauley-Stein is a special prospect. His athleticism and defensive instincts are off the charts, two reasons why the Kings are actually relevant in the Western Conference playoff picture.

He’s a natural fit alongside a stretch big like DeMarcus Cousins meaning the two could be a dynamic duo for the next decade should Sacramento go that route.

Even though there isn’t an offensive game there at the moment, something that makes him one-dimensional like Okafor, he still has plenty of potential to grow because of his freakish athletic abilities. That’s something that Okafor can’t say.

If I were a team looking to steal away a stud at center I would give the Kings a call and inquire about Cauley-Stein. He’s not as high as other names on this list, but he’s got plenty of trade value in today’s NBA.
