4. Devin Harris

Stats with Nowitzki:

  • RPG: 2.0
  • APG: 3.4
  • FG%: 44.7%
  • 3P%: 31.6%

Devin Harris is one of the most overlooked players that Nowitzki has played with in his career. He was drafted by the Mavs in 2004 and made an immediate impact on the team.

More from Dallas Mavericks

Harris played a big part in the Mavs’ run to the Finals in 2005 and then rose to an even greater height the season after, starting 61 games for the 67-15 Mavs team. From 2007-13, Harris played with the Nets, Jazz and Hawks before eventually returning to the Mavs for the 2013-14 season. Now, he thrives in the simple role of sixth man and is often one of the first players off of the bench.

Though he might not be the flashiest of players, Harris has been with Nowitzki throughout some of his best seasons and has always produced solid results.

Harris and Nowitzki have always formed a great duo and Nowitzki was a big reason why Harris formed into a great player and went on to have an All-Star season in 2009. Hopefully, we will continue to get to see the two play together as Nowitzki inches closer to retirement.
