Potential Trade: http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=gwek7sw

Portland Trail Blazers receive: Chase Budinger, Glenn Robinson III, 2nd Round pick
Indiana Pacers receive: Gerald Henderson

The Pacers have undergone a transformation of their team identity with the departures of Roy Hibbert and David West. They slide Paul George and C.J. Miles down to the 4 every game, but they don’t have quite enough wing depth to go to those lineups all the time should they need to go small. Henderson could give them the flexibility to go to small ball lineups far more frequently.

Indiana could implement a very switchy scheme for short spurt with George, Miles and Henderson all in at the same time. He’s only 6’5″ but he has a 6’10″ wingspan, which makes him a very versatile player who can switch positions 1 through 3.

Indiana has struggled a little bit lately but they still look very much like a team who will make a strong position for the playoffs and potentially home court advantage, just like another team Eastern Conference playoff team.
