Paul Millsap has long been a solid player, but since joining the Atlanta Hawks, he’s achieved NBA stardom. Now a two-time All-Star, Millsap has emerged as a selfless leader on a Hawks team that’s chasing a ninth consecutive postseason appearance.

In 2015-16, Millsap has elevated his game to the point of warranting All-NBA consideration.

Millsap is as complete a player as you’ll find at the power forward position. He’ll go to the post, spot up from 3-point range, drive in isolation, crash the offensive glass, and defend multiple positions while still contributing on the defensive boards.

All things considered, Millsap may be the most under-appreciated player in the NBA.

Millsap is currently No. 10 in the NBA in Win Shares and No. 8 in Win Shares per 48 minutes. He’s also No. 10 in Player Efficiency Rating, and boasts an above-average mark in virtually every statistical area.

Millsap is making the most of his prime years in Atlanta.
