Accomplishments

Both of these players have already accomplished a lot during their time in the NBA.

Westbrook has been in the MVP discussion for the last few seasons, and he had a legitimate case to win one last year when he nearly dragged the Thunder to the playoffs without Kevin Durant. He has made five All-Star teams and been named All-NBA second team four times to go with an All-Star Game MVP.

Curry won the MVP award last season after leading the Warriors through one of the most dominating seasons for a team in recent memory, and things have only gotten better this year. The Warriors have an opportunity to have a 70-win season, and Curry has improved since last season, currently leading the league in scoring.

The only thing stopping him from winning back-to-back MVPs would be a catastrophic injury or collapse.
