DraftKings NBA: Best Picks, Lineup For Jan. 26
Best Bargains
Terrence Ross ($3,800) has averaged 13.3 FPPG in three meetings with the Wizards, who are 29th against shooting guards. As of late he’s scoring 22.6 FPPG over his last four contests. Riding his hot hand with a premium on great players on Tuesday makes Ross an attractive option.
Justise Winslow ($4,400) has been playing well over his last three games, scoring 25.8 FPPG. He hit the Nets (14th vs. small forwards) with a 24.5-fantasy point performance in their previous meeting. Winslow has played 37.3 minutes per game in his last three contests due to all the injuries, and he has made the most of it.
Players To Sit
Kyle Lowry ($8,500) has fallen off of his fast pace. In his last three games he’s scoring 34.5 FPPG, which is 7.7 FPPG lower than his season average. He has been below-average against the Wizards this season, too. He’s scoring 40.2 FPPG in three contests against them this year. Playing Lowry against the 12th team versus point guards doesn’t seem so attractive.
Dirk Nowitzki ($6,300) isn’t a great option on Tuesday. He’s only scoring 29.8 FPPG in two meetings with the Lakers this season. In three of his last four games he’s scored 24 fantasy points or less, and is averaging 28.2 FPPG in that span. That’s helped by a 49.75-fantasy point performance. The Lakers are also seventh against opposing power forwards this season.
