I love All-Star weekend for two reasons: the rest it provides to those who need it, and the Rising Stars Challenge.

There’s nothing better than seeing the top rookies and sophomores in the league go at it. It’s a reminder of the bright future that the NBA generally always has.

This year’s game is especially interesting because of the number of big men that will undoubtedly be featured. The athleticism’s already off the charts leading to another exciting up-and-down contest.

But which rookies have the best shot at being in Sunday’s event for years to come? That’s the question we’re going to look at today with the top rookies in my rankings.

Let’s get to it.
