Best Bargains

Brandon Jennings ($3,700) is a player that is pegged to return value with a cheap price tag. He’s coming off of his best performance of the season with 20 points and five assists, which translates to 29.75 fantasy points. Jennings appeared to finally be finding his shooting touch and returning to his vintage self.

He looked explosive against the Pelicans and will benefit by playing against the 25th-ranked team against point guards.

Shabazz Muhammad ($4,400) has played well in eight of his last 10 games. He’s scoring 20.6 FPPG during that 10-game span, though the two outliers are seven fantasy-point performances in games where he only played 16 minutes.

Despite scoring 12.5 fantasy points against the Grizzlies in their first meeting, his hot play is a reason to draft him against the 17th-ranked team against small forwards.

Bonus Bargains

As a bonus, Meyers Leonard ($4,000) is a player to draft at the center or utility positions. He scored 20.0 fantasy points in his first game against the Lakers. He’s playing well as of late, too. He’s scoring 23.1 FPPG over his last five contests. He’s playing against the worst team against centers this season.

For some reason, I want to provide even more options for DraftKings players on Saturday night. Zach LaVine ($4,500) scored 34.8 fantasy points against the Grizzlies in their first meeting. Devin Booker ($5,000) is scoring 34.6 FPPG in his last two games and has a hot hand. Stanley Johnson ($4,000) is averaging 19.4 FPPG in his last five and could go for 20-plus fantasy points.

Julius Randle ($5,600) is scoring 34.6 FPPG in two meetings with Portland this season. Gorgui Dieng ($4,300) is scoring 22.3 FPPG in his last six contests.

Players To Sit

Jimmy Butler ($8,500) should not be drafted by DraftKings players on Saturday. He’s scored 32.3 fantasy points against the Cavs in their first meeting. He’s also struggling since his career-high 53-point performance. In three games since that feat, he’s scoring 29.8 FPPG. That’s 10 points less than his 39.8 FPPG season average.

Giannis Antetokounmpo ($7,400) hasn’t returned value in his last two games. Playing against a streaking Pelicans team doesn’t bode well for the Greek Freak, who is playing on a back-to-back. Having a size mismatch against Tyreke Evans may benefit Evans, who may be quicker on Saturday.
