Top Four SGs

  1. C.J. McCollum (Trail Blazers) – $7,300 vs. Lakers
  2. Khris Middleton (Bucks) – $7,300 @ Pelicans
  3. Monta Ellis (Pacers) – $6,900 @ Kings
  4. Andrew Wiggins (Timberwolves) – $6,900 vs. Grizzlies

Rationale:

  • McCollum is scoring 37.5 FPPG in two games against the Lakers this season. He’s one of the more rested shooting guards with a favorable matchup on Saturday. He plays against the 14th-ranked team against shooting guards.
  • Middleton has scored 20 points or better in eight of his last nine games. Despite playing on a back-to-back, he is one of the Bucks’ go-to scorers. Against the 18th team versus shooting guards, he’ll have to have a big game for the Bucks to have a chance.
  • Ellis scored 39.5 fantasy points previously against the Kings. Despite playing on a back-to-back the matchup is favorable against the worst team in the NBA against point guards.
  • Wiggins is playing well, scoring 35.6 FPPG in his last eight games. He only scored 27.3 fantasy points against the Grizzlies in one meeting this year. Despite playing against the eight-best team against shooting guards, Wiggins is fresh and playing well.
