Half of the NBA’s games on Saturday feature intra-conference matchups and the other half will be cross-conference battles. Seven of the 16 teams competing on Saturday will be playing on the second night of a back-to-back, so there should be some tired legs.

Two games have been postponed by the gigantic East Coast snowstorm; the Utah Jazz and Washington Wizards will be rescheduled while the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers will now play on Sunday.

With five of the team’s six best scoring teams getting the night off, the back-to-back factor will need to be evaluated to find mismatches and the best plays on Saturday.

The Milwaukee Bucks (19-25) are playing on a back-to-back against the New Orleans Pelicans (15-27). The over/under for the game is set at 205.5 points and the two teams are combining to average 200.1 points per game. The Pels have won four of their last five games and have won three straight at home. Expect the Bucks to have tired legs and for the Pelicans to take advantage of it.

Saturday features a primetime showdown in the Eastern Conference between the Chicago Bulls (24-18) and the Cleveland Cavaliers (30-11). The Cavs will play under new head coach Tyronn Lue after the team fired David Blatt on Friday. Expect the Cavs to come out more energized with Lue as the head guy.

More from Hoops Habit

The over/under for the Bulls-Cavs game is set at 201.5 points. The teams combine for 202.3 points per game on the season. While all eyes will be focused on Lue as the new head coach, it should be a great game on the court.

The third game to highlight is one of the final games of the night. The Indiana Pacers (23-20) will take on the Sacramento Kings (19-23) on a back-to-back. The Pacers don’t have to travel far, going from Oakland to Sacramento.

There isn’t an over/under currently posted, according to ESPN.com. However, the Kings are the highest scoring team in action on Saturday, ranking third in the NBA by scoring 106.0 points per game. Add that with the Pacers who rank eighth in scoring, and the two teams are combining to score 208.5 points per game.

In what’s anticipated to be the highest-scoring game on Saturday, look for the expensive scorers in this contest.

In games with other low-scoring teams, go after big men that can rebound and guards that will put up a lot of shots. Shooting percentages don’t factor in to fantasy points on DraftKings, so as long as these shot chuckers are scoring it won’t matter how poorly they shoot.
