Since Christmas Day—when Blake Griffin last played—few players have been as hot as Chris Paul. The eight-time All-Star has returned to his expected level, taking over games as a scorer, facilitator, defender, and fourth-quarter star for the Los Angeles Clippers.

Behind CP3’s heroics, the Clippers have won 10 of their past 11 games.

Paul has played a featured role in every one of Los Angeles’ wins. His uncanny ability to pass his teammates open has the likes of Paul Pierce and J.J. Redick thriving, while his scoring touch and defensive consistency have anchored the attack on both ends.

Paul’s most recent week displayed just how valuable he is to the Clippers.

Paul opened the week with an underwhelming performance during a 110-103 loss to the Sacramento Kings. He rebounded with 28 points, 12 assists, six rebounds, six steals, and one block on 8-of-15 shooting in a 140-132 shootout victory over the Houston Rockets.

In case you had any concerns about the way Paul began the 2015-16 season, he’s back and in All-NBA finest form.
