With all but one NBA team having completed at least 41 games, the question beckons: Who have been the Top 20 players thus far?

The 2015-16 NBA regular season hasn’t gone according to plan. Fortunately for the fans and members of the Association, that’s made for a beautiful disaster.
Reputations are being altered on an almost daily basis as overachievers maintain a powerful pace. The arrival of fresh faces on the star front has made for a new-look NBA, with the Top 10 being overrun by under-30 players who are finally rivaling their contemporaries.
That includes a very obvious selection for No. 1.
Some players are on the rise, while others are falling. Some veterans are working their way back up the Top 20, while a crop of prime-year—and earlier—players are moving rapidly up the rankings and approaching Top 5 territory.
The question is, who have the Top 20 players been halfway through the 2015-16 NBA regular season?
