Rationale:

  • Drummond’s scoring 63.6 FPPG in two contests against the Bulls. In those meetings, he’s averaging 26.5 points and 20.5 rebounds per game. He had a bounce-back game against the Warriors where he scored 47.75 fantasy points. The Bulls are second-worst against centers.
  • Gasol has averaged 56.4 FPPG in two games against the Pistons. He will need to have another strong showing for the Bulls to have a chance against Detroit. The Pistons are 26th against centers.
  • Gasol went off for 71.3 fantasy points against the Pelicans earlier this year. While he may not eclipse the 70-fantasy point mark, or even 60 for that matter, he should still have a good game against the third-worst team versus centers. He is coming off of a 57-fantasy point performance against the Knicks, a good comp for the Pelicans.
  • Vucevic scored 42.8 fantasy points against the Hawks in their first meeting. He’s also scoring 43.8 FPPG in his last three games. Expect Vuc to have a good game against the 21st team versus centers.
