8. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

Now that Eric Bledsoe is out for the rest of the season, Booker’s got every chance to prove he’s got next at the shooting guard position.

His role has expanded and for the most part he’s taken advantage of every opportunity. Over his last five games he’s averaged 14.4 points per game on 45.8 percent shooting from the field. The bad news? Over that same stretch he’s been in a shooting slump from three-point range converting on only 27.8 of those attempts.

Booker’s too good of a shooter to miss that poorly for a long stretch of time. He’s shown us he was more than ready for the NBA after one season in college and I’ve been highly impressed by the rookie wing.

Grade: B-
