Yogi Ferrell has become one of the most popular players in college basketball. The Indiana Hoosiers senior may be undersized, but he’s provided a never-ending supply of memorable plays for Tom Crean’s crew.

As it pertains to his potential success at the next level, Ferrell has the skill to thrive.

Ferrell’s made his name as a dynamic scoring threat who can attack off the bounce, exploit teams in transition, and space the floor from beyond the arc. He’s shot at least 40 percent from beyond the arc in each of his past three seasons, including 2015-16.

During his senior campaign, Ferrell has developed in another vital area: facilitating.

Ferrell is averaging a career-best 5.8 assists per game, all the while maintaining a solid assist-to-turnover ratio. He’s also improved his individual defense, although that will be something of an issue against bigger scorers in the NBA.

Ferrell’s draft stock will depend heavily on his combine measurements, but he has pro potential regardless of the height he’s listed at.
