The NBA All-Star Game is still one of the most-watched all-star games in professional sports. The MLB All-Star Game is still one of the more successful events as well. The Pro Bowl in the NFL however,  has taken a significant hit in ratings, even forcing them to change the way teams are selected by having two captains pick players to try and make it more interesting.

The players aren’t going to go all-out for 48 minutes and risk getting injured in a game that has no impact on whether or not they win a championship, but as the fourth quarter winds down, you can tell the players start to put forth much more effort if the game is close because after all, they are competitors and want to win as much as they can.

Of course, the fans want to see the superstars of the league go at it during this game, but what if there was an All-Star game for players who came off the bench? Here is what the Eastern Conference starting five would look like. Now let’s take a look at who the Western Conference would have as their starting five.
