SG – Jeremy Lamb, Charlotte Hornets

2015-16 Statistics: 11.2 PPG, 4.6 RPG, 1.4 APG, 47.0 FG%

Jeremy Lamb has shown glimpses of his potential that the Oklahoma City Thunder saw when they decided to trade for him during the 2012 NBA Draft to replace James Harden‘s production off the bench. Although Lamb didn’t play terribly at Oklahoma City, he just wasn’t a great fit in the Scott Brooks‘ system and they decided trade him this past summer.

For Lamb, a different destination was all he needed to help spark his career. Coming off the bench for the Hornets, he has played exceedingly well and even has had his name included in Most Improved Player Award conversations.

Lamb hasn’t been one of those guys who will come off the bench and put up 20+ points — he has only recorded two this season — but he is fully capable of having points somewhere in the teens along with shooting an effective percentage and he can also pull down rebounds. The duo of Lin and Lamb off the bench have been huge for the Hornets and if they want to get back into the playoff picture soon, those two will be a big reason why.
