The NBA has always been known for its sense of style and for housing some of the most entertaining personalities in all of professional sports. From iconic on-liners to notorious draft day suits, the brightest NBA superstars have always found a way to stand out with their wardrobe, fashion sense and every other little quirk that shows us snippets of who they are as people.

Not to be overlooked in that discussion, however, is something that we judge fellow human beings by on a daily basis: their hair. When you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror while getting ready for work, you do so to check your hair and make sure you’re not the only person at the office who looks like they just rolled out of bed.

It’s just a natural human response to examine a stranger’s hair and judge it based on how great, professional, awful, immature or nonsensical it may appear.

The NBA is no different, though professional basketball players are given far more leeway on that front than anyone in your office probably gets.
