Top Four PFs

  1. Kevin Love (Cavaliers) – $7,400 @ Mavericks
  2. Kristaps Porzingis (Knicks) – $6,900 vs. Celtics
  3. Zach Randolph (Grizzlies) – $6,500 vs. Rockets
  4. LaMarcus Aldridge (Spurs) – $6,800 @ Pistons

Rationale:

  • Love has been good in his last two games, scoring 40-plus fantasy points. His rebounding skills should serve him well against Dirk Nowitzki, who likes to play away from the basket. The Mavs are 25th against power forwards.
  • Porzingis’ athleticism is tough to match. He scored 41.5 fantasy points against the Celtics in their first meeting. He is playing well lately, averaging 41.9 FPPG in his last two games. The Celtics are 27th against power forwards.
  • Randolph has two 50-fantasy-point performances in his last four games. He’s been effective as a scorer, rebounder and shot blocker during that span. He has a good matchup against the Rockets, who are 21st against power forwards.
  • Aldridge will be relied upon if the Spurs’ big three sit on the second night of a back-to-back. He has played consistently well at home and on the road. The Pistons rank fourth against power forwards, but post-up power forwards have had success against them.
