5. Bobby Portis, Chicago Bulls

The Bulls aren’t without big men in their rotation now that Portis has emerged as a legitimate NBA player.

He flashed some of his potential over the summer in Las Vegas and he’s not slowing down anytime soon.

Portis can stretch the floor as well as any other big in the rookie class and knows how to carve out space inside for finishing plays on offense and grabbing rebounds on both ends.

While he isn’t a great shot blocker yet, his length suggests he could be in time. If he puts things together on defense then he’ll rise in these rankings.
