9. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

At the start of the season Booker was shooting over 70 percent from three-point range and put himself on the map as the best shooter among his rookie peers.

He’s come back to reality since then, but Booker’s still dropping 45.6 percent from behind the arc.

Booker is a gifted catch-and-shoot guy, period. He moves off the ball with a purpose slicing through the defense off of screens to get open for a quick perimeter shot.

Once he begins to develop more of an attack off the dribble those Klay Thompson comparisons won’t look too foolish. This kid’s got great written all over him in a few years, not just good.
