Welcome to the almost-halfway point in the NBA season, fans.

It’s been a great year so far but there’s still fantastic basketball left.There have been veteran teams that have separated from the pack but also some surprising flashes of brilliance from some of the young studs.

In these rankings the focus is on the 2015-16 rookie class, and each week I’ve taken a look at the top first-year players as well as a key question involving one of the better prospects.
