Top Four PGs

  1. John Wall (Wizards) – $9,400 vs. Raptors
  2. Damian Lillard (Trail Blazers) – $8,400 vs. Warriors
  3. Kyle Lowry (Raptors) – $8,600 @ Wizards
  4. Michael Carter-Williams (Bucks) – $7,000 vs. Mavericks

Rationale:

  • Wall is averaging 45.5 FPPG in two games against the Raptors this season. He has only shot 29.2 percent against Toronto, so his scoring output should improve. Wall plays against the 16th team against point guards this season.
  • Lillard is playing in the (projected) highest scoring game of the night. His price has dropped $300, which makes him a strong play, since the Blazers need him to score to stay competitive. Stephen Curry being listed as questionable may make it easier for Lillard to score against the 12th-ranked team against point guards.
  • Lowry’s averaging 47.5 FPPG in his last four games. He’s only averaging 36.0 FPPG in two games against the Wizards, however. His 26.6 usage percentage and 56.5 true shooting percentage makes him a good play against the 20th team against point guards.
  • Carter-Williams has provided great value at the point guard position all year. He only scored 13.3 fantasy points in his first game against Dallas. He only played 21 minutes in that game, though. His $7,000 price tag is valuable against the fifth-worst team against point guards.
