3. Kristaps Porzingis, New York Knicks

How can you not love to watch Porzingis if you’re a fan of the NBA?

He’s 7-foot-3 and does things that make him look like a guard in a post player’s body. He’s an athletic freak who can shoot, pass and block shots with the best of them.

But has he hit a wall of late?

He had 16 points and 12 rebounds against the Celtics (Boston, get it together on defense man) but other than that he’s had a few fairly normal weeks.

The shine’s worn off a bit. He’s still acting as a rim protector and hitting a few crazy shots but the raw numbers have lacked recently.

The per game numbers are there, with 13.1 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game, but compared to the two big men above him he hasn’t been as attractive of a show.

Porzingis will turn it around and make a sub-.500 Knicks squad fun again, but until he does this is pretty much where he’ll be in these rankings moving forward.
