FanDuel NBA: Best Picks, Lineup For Jan. 2
Punt Play of the Night: Frank Kaminsky, Charlotte Hornets ($4,100) vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
For a while it looked as though the former lottery pick was going to be best known for his break-dancing video, which went viral before the regular season even tipped off. But since the Hornets are now lacking two of their originally penciled-in starters (Al Jefferson and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist) the door has opened for him to play meaningful minutes.
As with most rookies, the former Badger has had his ups and downs, but after averaging 24.6 FPPG over his last two outings he has a chance to continue to return value against a Thunder team that is fourth-most generous to power forwards over their past five games and possibly stake his claim to the seventh or eighth spot on the bench in the process.
