5. Get Draymond Green Into The All-Star Game

Personally, I don’t understand how an entertainment spectacle the features fan voting and zero defense is somehow mentioned first on a player’s resume before All-NBA selections, but since the All-Star Game continues to be a measuring stick, it’d be a shame for Draymond Green to miss it.

Not only is Green the perfect kind of personality we need at All-Star weekend, but in the middle of his breakout season, he’s more than deserving.

While doubling as the Warriors’ human Swiss Army knife and most versatile defender, Green is also averaging a hearty 14.6 points, 9.1 rebounds, 7.2 assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.3 steals per game. He leads the Dubs in assists, he’s leading the league lead in triple-doubles (five) and he’s posting impressive .454/.403/.704 shooting splits.

Because of his versatility, well-rounded production and the intangibles he brings to the table for a historically great team, Draymond Green just might be the best power forward in the league right now. Get that man his All-Star jersey.
