High: Reggie Jackson Trade

Moving from the old starting point guard to the new starting point guard, Reggie Jackson has certainly been a bright spot for the Pistons. Jackson was acquired in a three-team trade at the NBA’s trade deadline on Feb. 19. The Pistons sent D.J. Augustin, Kyle Singler and a 2019 second round pick in return for Jackson, according to ESPN’s Royce Young.

The lopsided trade netted the Pistons their starting point guard for the future. Jackson, 25, is trying to become the first Pistons player to average 20 points per game in a season since Rip Hamilton during the 2005-06 season. Jackson signed a five-year contract over the summer to stay with the Pistons.
