Top Four Power Forwards

  1. Anthony Davis, New Orleans Pelicans ($10,400) vs. Houston Rockets
  2. Jared Sullinger, Boston Celtics ($5,900) vs. Detroit Pistons
  3. Nerlens Noel, Philadelphia Sixers ($5,600) vs. Phoenix Suns
  4. Jon Leuer, Phoenix Suns ($4,400) vs. Philadelphia 76ers

Rationale:

  • The Pistons are middle of the road vs. opposing centers (where Sully lines up) and the former Buckeye produced 30.0 fantasy points in the earlier meeting.
  • Noel is slowly working his way back to respectability, surpassing 25 fantasy points in two of his past three games; since Phoenix is sixth-worst vs. PFs over their past five games, he should make it three out of four tonight.
  • Philadelphia is by far the worst team in the league vs. opposing PFs, ceding 47.9 FPPG overall and 49.5 FPPG over their past 10 contests. Leuer isn’t remotely capable of matching that standard, but the Sixers’ porousness should mitigate his typically low floor, so the 30-fantasy point plateau is certainly within reach.
