Sacramento Kings

Peace On Earth And Good Will Toward Men

What else could we say about the most dysfunctional NBA franchise over the last decade? This iteration of the Sacramento Kings is no different, even if they’ve looked like a competent team at their best.

At their worst, however, the Kings are a team whose starting point guard hurls homophobic slurs at homosexual referees, kicks broadcast cameras, gets ejected from games and tries to distract opposing players from the bench with bush-league shenanigans like towel whipping. Yeah. That’s Sacramento’s second best player, by the way.

DeMarcus Cousins is one of the best players in the NBA, but he needs help. He needs a coach that he’s not constantly at odds with, he needs the unwarranted trade rumors to subside and he needs stability. This team badly needs a little peace and good will if their long shot at the playoffs is to remain a possibility.
