Frontcourt Help

Between Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum, the Portland Trail Blazers already have one of the best offensive backcourts in the league. With those two combining for 46.7 points per game, Rip City is in a good place with its starting guards, even if neither one of them can really defend.

In the frontcourt, however, no one has emerged as a viable long-term option for this team. Al-Farouq Aminu has played relatively well, but Meyers Leonard has failed to step up with the increased responsibility, Noah Vonleh has struggled in the starting role and Mason Plumlee is one of the worst rim protectors in the league.

The Blazers are in no rush in the middle of their rebuilding stage, but Portland will be on the lookout for upgrades in the frontcourt moving forward.
