The No. 1 Pick In The 2016 NBA Draft

The Philadelphia 76ers were the first team to ever lose 28 of their first 29 games, they’re on pace to set a new standard for the worst win percentage in NBA history and trusting the process has become about as comforting as Edward Scissorhands catching someone in a trust fall.

All this misery had better damn well result in the No. 1 pick in this year’s draft, or Philly sports fans may riot in the streets.

What’s ironic is the top prospects in this year’s draft class are mostly big men. That being said, Ben Simmons is a potential once-in-a-lifetime talent who should be every team’s top target. If the Sixers miss out on him, it’s going to be another confounding draft night for a fan base that’s been far too patient as it is.
