Minnesota Timberwolves

The Gift Of Patience

With a foundation of Andrew Wiggins and Karl-Anthony Towns alone, the Minnesota Timberwolves are going to be a powerhouse in the Western Conference one day. The trouble is just waiting through the growing pains to get to that point.

Following an 8-8 start to the 2015-16 season campaign, the Timberpups have since gone 3-10 while dropping quite a few close contests and making some grimace-worthy mistakes along the way. That’s to be expected, which is why Wolves fans will need to continue to be patient.

That’s no easy task for the fan base of a team that never made the playoffs during the Kevin Love era and had to watch Kevin Garnett win a ring in Boston, but between Wiggins, Towns, Ricky Rubio, Zach LaVine and Gorgui Dieng, this team is rapidly approaching its promising future.
