DeMar DeRozan continues to refine his game. Now in his sixth season, the longest-tenured Toronto Raptor has gone from a raw athlete from USC to one of the most fundamentally skilled wings in the league.

While his style of play goes against the grain of modern analytics, as nearly half of his shot attempts still derive from the long-2 areas of the floor, DeRozan is getting to the line at an astronomical (or Harden-esque) rate.

Sure enough, the Compton, Calif., native does not rank well according to RPM, but he is posting career highs in PER, WS/48, and TS%.

In addition, DeRozan is enjoying the best stretch of his career, averaging 24.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.5 assists over his last 11 games.
