Top Four PGs

  1. Kyle Lowry (Raptors) – $8,300 vs. Mavericks
  2. Mike Conley (Grizzlies) – $6,300 @ 76ers
  3. Lou Williams (Lakers) – $5,400 @ Nuggets
  4. Goran Dragic (Heat) – $5,500 vs. Pistons

Rationale:

  • Lowry torched the Mavericks for 59.8 FPPG in their first meeting this season. His price tag is down to $8,300, which is because he hasn’t hit his DraftKings average in seven games. The Mavericks are the sixth-worst team at defending opposing point guards.
  • Conley played well against the 76ers earlier this season. He had 36.5 FPPG in their earlier meeting and is a good value price at $6,300. Philadelphia is ranked 17th against point guards this season.
  • Williams is the best value pick at the point guard position. He scored 41.3 FPPG against the Nuggets in their first meeting. Though he comes off the bench, Williams provides the most scoring for the Lakers and puts in work on the glass, defensively and moves the ball. Denver is the second worst team in defending point guards.
  • Dragic is slightly more expensive because of how well he has been playing as of late. He’s averaging 32.6 FPPG in his last four games, which is above his 25.1 FPPG average. Dragic faces a point guard in Reggie Jackson that has struggled on the defensive end. Ball movement will be key for Dragic as the Pistons rank ninth in defending opposing point guards.
