1. Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors

What more can possibly be said about the Golden State Warriors? Between their remarkable 24-0 start and the miraculous start reigning MVP Curry is off to, they have dominated the competition in all facets.

Curry and Thompson make up the best shooting backcourt in the history of the NBA, and likely will shatter all three-point records for teammates by the end of their time together. These two play off each other perfectly, since they are both lethal with or without the ball in their hands. Defenses can’t leave either player open for a second, or three points will be up on the board before they can blink.

"Stephen Curry has a TORCH"

If Curry hasn’t locked up this year’s MVP Award by now, he will likely do it by the All-Star Break if he continues the pace he is at now. The Warriors look like they are an unstoppable force and are the favorites to repeat on their championship from last year.

Curry and Thompson can both explode at any time, as showcased by the 28 points Curry put up in a quarter against Charlotte and 27 points Thompson had in the third quarter against Phoenix last week. There seems to be no way to slow these two or the Warriors down for years to come.
