Rationale:

  • The Pelicans and Suns are second and fifth-worst (respectively) on FanDuel NBA vs. opposing point guards, and their matchup has the highest opening total on the board tonight (214). Both players are coming off sub-par outings against teams that are known for stifling their position (Golden State and Utah), so tonight should be a mutual bounce-back opportunity.
  • The T-Wolves are fourth most generous to opposing point guards, and to that effect Rondo had a 16/16 game against them earlier this season.
