Eric Bledsoe continues to put forth what’s been nothing short of a breakout season for the Phoenix Suns. Long hidden in the shadows of star point guards such as Goran Dragic, Chris Paul and John Wall, Bledsoe is finally making his own name.

Phoenix is finally beginning to win games, as well.

Bledsoe was impressive against the Memphis Grizzlies and Washington Wizards, exceeding 20 points and six assists both times out. It was his clutch heroics against the Chicago Bulls, however, that helped the Suns return to the winning track, sinking the game-tying basket with roughly a minute on the clock.

Bledsoe followed that up with 21 points and nine assists in a 107-104 victory over the surging Orlando Magic.

Bledsoe isn’t a household name, but he’s a complete player who thrives in every phase of the game. He can slash, shoot, facilitate, rebound, and defend multiple positions, which is exactly why he’s become Jeff Hornacek‘s most trusted asset.

In 2015-16, Bledsoe is proving himself in another area: leadership.
