Multiple teams have expressed interest in Houston Rockets power forward Terrence Jones. Where would he best fit?
The Houston Rockets are recovering from an early-season collapse. Despite already having three different losing streaks of three or more games, Houston is remaining relevant in the postseason picture.
Resurgent or otherwise, general managers appear to view the Rockets as a potential home for acquirable talent.
One of the players capturing the attention of teams across the league is Terrence Jones. Jones, a 23-year-old power forward, is coming into his own as a versatile contributor in his fourth season in the Association.

Houston is reluctant to oblige, but multiple teams have expressed interest in acquiring Jones’ services.
One can’t help but wonder if Jones would thrive outside of Houston, where his role is limited by the presence of his star teammates. James Harden is a ball-dominant playmaker, Ty Lawson requires significant touches, and Dwight Howard is still a star down low.
Even Trevor Ariza commands his fair share of touches.
In a more open situation, Jones could thrive as one of the NBA’s more versatile young power forwards. He can handle the ball, has range on his jump shot, is comfortable in the post, is a strong rebounder, and thrives as a rim protector.
The question is, which teams would benefit most from trading for Jones?
