Top Four Point Guards

  1. Kyle Lowry, Toronto Raptors ($9,300) vs. L.A. Lakers
  2. Chris Paul, L.A. Clippers ($8,800) vs. Minnesota (if he plays)
  3. Isaiah Thomas, Boston Celtics ($7,800) vs. New Orleans
  4. Derrick Rose, Chicago Bulls ($6,900) vs. Phoenix

Rationale:

  • The Lakers are the worst team on FanDuel NBA vs. PGs overall.
  • The T-Wolves are bottom third against PGs and Paul could return for tonight’s game.
  • Thomas is the No. 4 PG on ESPN’s player rater over the past fifteen days; however New Orleans has been better at the defending the position since Evans returned.
  • Rose has been just OK lately (28.2 FPPG over his last five), but he draws a tired Suns team that is the most generous to opposing PGs over their last 10 games.
  • Miami’s Goran Dragic (inconsistent) and Charlotte’s Kemba Walker (just 12.0 PPG vs. Detroit last season) missed the cut despite the scheduling advantage.
