Welcome back to Hoops Habit’s NBA Awards Watch! We’re about one-eighth of the way through the 2015-16 journey so we’ve started to see some serious, bonafide contenders lead their packs.

We’ve seen Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors wage war on the entire league, Andre Drummond rebound the entire world, and the Minnesota Timberwolves are making believers out of everybody.

Which players have made a serious rise up the charts? Which are quickly falling? Did the Indiana Pacers’ Paul George or the Houston Rockets’ James Harden have good enough weeks to change the MVP conversation? Although it’s still early, it’s wonderfully fun to see the beginnings of some seriously epic battles.
