11. Kyle Korver, Atlanta Hawks

Kyle Korver has the highest single-season 3-point field goal percentage in NBA history. According to Basketball-Reference.com, he has the best career 3-point field goal percentage of any player with at least 1,500 attempts converted.

Leaving Korver off of this list would be an absolute travesty.

Korver doesn’t create his own looks in the way that many of his peers on this list did or do. Instead, he masterfully utilizes the screens set for him to become an All-Star.

Throw in two seasons above 220 3-point field goals made and Korver is clearly a legendary marksman.

In 2014-15, Korver had the highest 3-point field goal percentage of any player to ever make at least 200 3-point field goals, per Basketball-Reference.com. He made 221 on 49.2 percent shooting—significantly better than Glen Rice’s 207 on 47.0 percent marksmanship.

With all due respect to his predecessors, Korver is dangerously close to being the best off-ball shooter in NBA history.
