15. Steve Kerr

Steve Kerr ranks No. 1 on the all-time 3-point field goal percentage list. His mark of .4540 percent is a healthy measure above Hubert Davis, who sits at No. 2 at .4409.

It simply wouldn’t be fair to leave a player of Kerr’s otherworldly efficiency off of this list.

An absence of elite volume hurts Kerr’s case, but he’s historically efficient, which cannot be ignored. He’s also hit memorable game-winning jumpers to meet the qualifications of the clutch factor.

From anywhere at any time, Kerr could strike with a dagger of a jump shot.

Kerr shot better than 50 percent from 3-point range in three full seasons and another injury-shortened campaign. He never had the highest measure of volume, but he did convert 122 on 51.5 percent shooting in 1995-96.

Anyone who ranks No. 1 on a shooting list will have a strong case for an all-time shooting list.
