19. Michael Carter-Williams, Milwaukee Bucks

Position: Point Guard

Age: 23

2014-15 Slash Line: .396/.235/.694

2014-15 Season Averages: 32.6 MPG, 14.6 PPG, 6.7 APG, 5.3 RPG, 1.7 SPG

Accolades: Rookie of the Year, All-Rookie First Team

In 2013-14, Michael Carter-Williams made quite the first impression. He did just about everything statistically, pouring in big numbers en route to the Rookie of the Year award.

In 2014-15, Carter-Williams’ numbers impressed, but his efficiency declined.

It could’ve been a sophomore slump, and being traded mid-season is a good enough justification for his struggles. It’s also worth noting that he was far more efficient from the field upon being dealt to the Milwaukee Bucks.

In Milwaukee, Carter-Williams will be groomed as a player in the mold of his head coach: NBA legend Jason Kidd.

Carter-Williams has the versatility down, but he needs to improve his efficiency and general dependability. It’s generous to call his jump shot erratic and fair to question his ceiling without the development of, at least, a mid-range game.

Carter-Williams has almost all of the tools to be a star, but inconsistency is a glaring flaw.
