Searching for a new trend and ignoring what’s right in front of us; it’s what we do. It can be said for just about anything in life, from music and film to every breed and interpretation of a sport.

That approach certainly has its flaws, but it’s not entirely a bad thing.

Looking ahead can bring upon a sense of excitement and unbearable anticipation. It can make what’s soon to come even more intriguing than it previously was.

In that spirit, the goal here is simple: acknowledging that the future of the NBA is about to arrive. In some cases, it already has.

For evidence, these are the Top 25 players under 25 years of age.

Note: Players who turn 25 on any date before the 2015-16 season begins have been excluded. Those who turn 25 during the 2015-16 season are included.
