30. Philadelphia 76ers

The Philadelphia 76ers could very easily move up from the No. 30 spot on this list. Nerlens Noel is already a true defensive ace, and Jahlil Okafor could be a dream complement as the offensive-minded center.

The reality is, a team that’s depending upon a rookie to reverse its misfortune will be ranked lower than one with an established force.

If Noel and Okafor pan out as a tandem, the Sixers will have something to build around for years to come. Both are tantalizing talents who can truly dominate a game in their respective ways.

Philadelphia will attempt to ensure that happens by surrounding them with playmakers, shooters and defenders.

Robert Covington is one of the NBA’s best kept secrets, shooting 3s with volume and efficiency at 6’9″. Tony Wroten is a dynamic dribble-penetrator whose size at 6’6″ enables him to play both guard positions.

Whether the final starting spot goes to Jerami Grant, Nik Stauskas or someone else, the upside will outweigh everything else.
